Nader is a seasoned software development manager with more than 20 years of extensive hands-on experience as a software developer, team lead, solution architect and resource manager. Nader's core strengths include managing geographically distributed SD teams, strategic planning, software delivery, team building, recruitment as well as stakeholders' management. Holding a BSc in software engineering, Nader is a distinguished mentor, coach and people manager with high proficiency in problem analysis, excellent knowledge of project life cycles and agile application development. He enjoys photography, listening to audiobooks (fiction) and playing sports such as volleyball, soccer and ping-pong.
